Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your tutoring session without any penalty, you may cancel up to 24 hours and you must reschedule to attend your make-up tutoring session within the next 7 days by sending an email request to info@helpgnosis.com. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the session the payment for the cancelled session is due in full. You are allowed to reschedule a session only once.

Late Policy
Your child must be on-time to the scheduled tutoring sessions. The tutor is obligated to wait only 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the tutor is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.
